Michael Rizkalla, age 51, of Dorr, died from cancer complications Thursday morning, Feb. 11.

Michael was born in 1964 to Elias (Louie) and Judy Rizkalla. He graduated from East Kentwood High School and Ferris State University. He worked in the automotive field for 30 years.

He is survived by his parents, his wife Melinda, his daughter Britany (Mitch), his sister Carol, and brother Bob (Birgitte), his nephews Matias, Micah, and Isaac, his godmother aunt Marie, his grandson Kayden, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood, Sunday, Feb. 14. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 15, at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 334 LaGrave Ave., SE, Grand Rapids. The family will meet with family and friends one hour prior to the service.
