Steven Vogt, age 71, died Saturday, July 12, while surrounded by his family in Dorr.
Steve was born Sept. 20, 1953, in Grand Rapids, to Joseph and Lucille Vogt.
Steve worked as a rotomill foreman for 31 years. He loved outdoor activities such as camping and golfing and he especially loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Dawn Vogt; children Richard (Kelly), Jesse (Candice), Jamin, Audra (Jeremy); 13 brothers and sisters; grandchildren Alexis, Alex, Landon, Mallory, Matthew, Tucker; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents and grandson.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 24, at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home (Dorr Chapel), 4330 18th St. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
