Wayland Area Emergency Services (WAEMS) personnel have announced that they have received a grant from the State of Michigan, Bureau of EMS, Trauma and Preparedness, for bicycle helmets for local youth. WAEMS personnel will be handing these helmets out, free to all kids, toddler to teen, once they have been organized.
