Corey Ribble from Orangeville was chosen medical first responder of the year and Karreena Wooten of Wayland was selected as EMT of Year , both after being nominated by their peers at the Wayland Area Emergency Services annual Christmas party this week. Both were nominated for their service and outward showing the commitment to Wayland EMS. WAEMS personnel enjoyed a night of laughter and fellowship with family and handed out gifts to the little children, gave crew members ‘hearts’ to remind them of the good they do in the community.
