The second annual Wayland City Police Block Party in the Park was held Tuesday afternoon and early evening. A surprise guest was Kaitlyn Sills. shown above in front of the members of the department. Sills, who now lives in Ohio, still keeps in contact with with WPD. She was chosen the 2021 Wayland Police Civilian of the Year.
