The Wayland Union Board of Education will hold its June 15, June 22 and July 13 meetings at the high school Fine Arts Center. This is a change from previously advertised locations.

The meetings will be in keeping with the guidelines of the Michigan Safe Start Plan, which includes social distancing,

“While we are currently in stage 4 of the Safe Start Plan, we are limiting the number of people inside to 25,” a district spokesperson said. “This includes board members and staff. If the guidelines move up to stage 5 or higher this limit would increase. Please contact the administration office the day of the meeting if you need to verify.”

Guests who are medically able are encouraged to wear a face covering as they enter, exit and move about the Fine Arts Center. Guests will be allowed to remove their face covering once they are seated and socially distanced in the Fine Arts Center.
