South Christian’s boys basketball team bounced back Tuesday from a one-point upset loss to get past Wayland 61-36 Tuesday night in an O-K Gold Conference encounter.
It was the seventh consecutive loss for the Wildcats, who started the season with three straight victories. Wayland, now 3-7 overall, will play Middleville Thornapple Kellogg in a Snowcoming contest Friday.

The Clipper guys lost their game Tuesday night by the same score as the girls won, both nonleague contests.
Martin now sports an overall record of 2-9 for the season.
Fruitport boys 68 Hopkins 47
The Vikings fell to 1-9 overall with the loss to an O-K Silver Conference opponent. They now have lost seven in a row.
