Lacey SCWayland High School senior center Lacey James has been named to the Associated Press Class B all-state basketball team.

The 6-7 pivot averaged almost 20 points and 15 rebounds per game for the Wildcats, who fashioned a 19-4 overall record, but bowed out of the state tournament to Wyoming Godwin Heights, which is playing today in the state semifinals.

He also was one of the top 10 finalists for the Mr. Basketball award.
