Jeffrey Dale Dykstra, age 53, of Wayland, died Tuesday, Aug. 4.

He sold produce at the Fulton Street Farmers Market for 42 years and managed that market for 15 of those years. Jeff especially loved hunting, reading, history, watching football, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Dykstra; brothers and sisters, Joseph (Sherry) Dykstra, Bonnie Hartsuff, Jason (Denise) Dykstra; nieces and nephews, Andrea (Jeff) DeGraaf, Peter, Kelly, Andrew, Liam, Zander, Isaac, Asher, Eli, Sawyer, Bram, Abe, and Julien.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold.

The family will greet visitors from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7,  at Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 58th St., Cutlerville. A graveside committal service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at Blain Cemetery. Pastor Joe Dyer will officiate.

Contributions in memory of Jeffrey may be made to the Lemmen-Holton Cancer Center.
