Former Moline Postmaster Peggy Blok, 91, died Sunday, Nov. 28.
She is survived by her children Rick and Donna Blok, Marilyn Middleton, Carolyn Carpenter, Pete and Mary Blok; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Peggy was a member of Moline Baptist Church for 69 years. She was a retired postmaster in Moline and was a member of the Blok family business, Dave’s Variety Store.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3, 2021 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 312 N. Main St., Wayland. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, at Moline Baptist Church, 4428 Chappell St.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Blok, in 1987, and two grandsons.
