The fifth annual Wayland Fall Fun Fest is planned for the downtown area from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24.
The family-oriented festival will include rick-or-treating at local businesses on Main and Superior streets, a haunted historic walking tour, a petting zoo, pumpkin patch, hayrides, live music with Silent Bark, and the Main Street Cafe.
Many local businesses also will have their own fun activities.
The chili cook-off will be sponsored by and held at McDuff’s Bar and Grille, 105 E. Superior St. For information about how to register, stop at McDuff’s or call (269) 792-2257. The Wayland Hotel also is planning a special ’80s Night celebration.
