It was the first City Council meeting for the next term and more than a few were sworn into office, including returning councilwoman Tracy Bivins, Mayor Jennifer Antel (second term) Mayor Pro Tem Joe Kramer and Norm Taylor. Not pictured, but also welcomed was new City Manager Erik Wilson.
(COVER PHOTO) Lt. John Timmer of the Wayand Fire Department issued a certificate of appreciation to Charlie Pacelli (left) for saving the life of infant Mason last month. Unfortunately, Pacelli, a four-year member of the department, is moving out of town with his family.
