The Wayland Robotics team No. 6090 was named Rookie All-Star Team at the district competition of the FIRST Robotics at East Kentwood High School Friday and Saturday. This is the first year Wayland has fielded a robotics team. The Wildcats were rated 15th among the 40 teams in the district competition.
