The Wayland High School choir program attended State Solo and Ensemble this past Saturday, April 20, at Allendale High School. Both Honors and Select Choirs did well. Select Choir received a rating of a one, and Honors Choir received a rating of a high two, only two points away from a one. Ten soloists attended this event
The 2024 Little Miss and Mister of Wayland winners are Miss Rylee Andringa and Mister Noxx Klaver. They will be crowned at Summerfest Wayland Saturday June 8. Rylee is the artist of the school drawing and Noxx is the artist of the big W drawing. This event is done in partnership with Wayland Union Schools.

The Wayland High School robotics team #6090 has returned home from competition at the FIRST World Championship for FRC in Houston on the Archimedes field.
