Dorr Township Fire Chief Gary Fordham recently welcomed an early box of Christmas spirit on his desk. A big box of warm home-made quilts was donated to the Dorr Fire Department for use in winter emergencies when victims of accidents and fires are force suddenly into the winter weather. “With Love by the Quilters of Corinth Reformed Church” of Byron Center donated five quilts with a promise for more to come, if needed.
