Arnold Lyle Burley, 92, of Wayland, died Thursday, April 4.
He served in the United States Army from 1949 to 1952 and had two tours of duty in the Korean War. He was a 25-year employee at Steelcase in Grand Rapids, retiring in 1990.
Surviving are his children, Rose (Eric) Jones, Brian (Lori) Middlemiss, Greg (Lauren) Grooters, Shannon Burley and Michael (Tracy) Plumb; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 22 years, Yvonne.
His celebration of life will be from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at the Wayland VFW, 735 S. Main St.
