A barn fire broke out early Tuesday morning at a dairy farm and veterinary clinic at the corner of Bass Road and Patterson Avenue on the Allegan-Barry County line.

Officials said firefighters were summoned to the scene at about 3 a.m. when it was reported the blaze was inside a pole barn. They indicated cow manure and animal food were inside the facility.

There were no indications that anyone was injured in the incident, but the cause is yet undetermined.
