Army Bob: Let Seattle’s ‘CHAZ Zone’ die on the vine

by Robert M. Traxler

What should we do about the CHAZ or CHOP, the “Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone?”

In my opinion, nothing, let it die on its own. Socialist utopias have been tried and failed thousands of
times in our nation, a commune in the Wayland area being a good example. The COVID-19 lockdown and lock out is ending; people need to go back to work and school, resulting in the Zone
dying of its own philosophy.

The size of the socialist utopia has already been reduced by almost half. My heart goes out to the families who live in the “Zone” and are afraid for their safety, and the business owners, but an assault would only strengthen what is in reality a criminal activity.

Interesting that the first thing the founders of the new nation did was to build border walls; aren’t border walls racist? Aren’t border walls evil, and used by fascists?

I give President Obama credit for using restraint and allowing several armed protests during his time in office to just die out over time, it was the correct thing to do. The CHAZ/CHOP, John Brown/Redneck gun club folks will go away over time. If a new lead story comes out to fill media time, the “Zone” will go away sooner rather than later.

We need to ask why are demonstrations with armed people open carrying an AR-15 a horrible thing in Lansing Michigan, but cheered or covered up by the national media in Seattle, Washington? Research the group the CHAZ/CHOP Zone is using for police.

The John Brown Gun Club or Redneck revolt, a group per Wikipedia: “Redneck Revolt is an American far-left group that organizes predominantly among working-class people. The group supports gun rights and members often openly carry firearms. Its political positions are anti-capitalist, anti- racist and anti-fascist.” Fascist were socialists, so just how that squares with the CHAZ/CHOP folks demanding socialism is a mystery.

In Michigan, the media led with the people open carrying firearms, but in Washington State they cover it up? The leader of CHAZ handing out AR-15s like candy? Is it a case of good guns vs. bad guns? I think it is, but wait, aren’t all firearms evil? Apparently not all guns are evil in the hands of leftists, even the dreaded AR-15 and AK-47 with 30 round magazines. Can we say hypocrites?

On June 17, a protest surrounded the Seattle mayor’s home demanding the police budget be cut even more than it already has been. The protesters chanted “hands up, don’t shoot;” this chant is a reference to the false, unproven charges stemming from a police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, in 2014.

We are told referencing the false charge against a law enforcement officer is a “red herring” not to be brought up? That is not surprising; the truth and facts get in the way of prejudiced beliefs and the American left wrongfully demanding the death of an innocent police officer. No trial, no proof; he was guilty because of the charges, no trial necessary no evidence, facts or proof allowed, just take the “guilty” police officer out and lynch him. Oh wait, he was innocent, the press got it wrong, the
witnesses lied, and the forensic evidence proved his innocence. So now we are told it is a “red herring” and we must pretend it never happened.

The COVID-19 virus is the most unique virus in the history of medical science. Some one thousand medical professionals signed an open letter stating the virus is not a threat to public health because of leftist protesters massing in major cities; got to ask how that works? The COVID-19 virus is a threat when conservatives mass in protest in Lansing, or want to attend a Trump rally, but when leftists mass in protest in Seattle, Atlanta, Washington DC and other cities, it is not.

Just how a virus can discriminate by political beliefs is the question, but we cannot question science, so it must be true.
