Sketches of what the new Wayland High School pool will look like were released today by Tower Pinkster architects. The latest estimate from school and construction officials handling the project are that it will be completed next year. Right now, school board members are grappling with what kind of pool it will be, Myrtha steel and vinyl or traditional concrete, and plans continue to be more in focus. The pool was the key piece of the $49.7 million bond issue approved voters in May 2023.
