Auction House Cafe loses an owner, returns to old hours

The Auction House Cafe, a local business on old U.S.-131 just north of Wayland since 1936, has under gone more changes of late. Longtime Moline resident Tom Miller and wife Judy have joined daughter Tammy Thomas Miller in running the eatery. Former co-owner Mike Estep has left, and reportedly is now living in Benton Harbor. The restaurant has returned to its old hours of 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday though Saturday.
