A “Bond for Breakfast” program will be held from 8 to 9 a.m. at the Clippers Cafe on 10th Street in downtown Martin to discuss the upcoming bond proposal that will appear on the Tuesday, Nov. 7, general election ballot.

The proposal in the special election will be to extend the current bond, with no millage increase, generating about $17 million for the district to handle building and infrastructure needs.
