This recipe is great when planning a family breakfast get together. Being able to make it up the night before, gives you more time with your loved ones.

Ingredients:
2 pounds bacon, sausage, or hamburger with taco seasoning your choice. Left over cubed ham works great too.
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Sliced bread of choice to cover 9×13 casserole dish
12 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
Salt and pepper – seasoning of choice
Directions:

Butter the bottom of your casserole dish. Layer with regular sliced bread of choice to completely cover the bottom of the casserole dish, layer 1/2 of the cheese, crispy fried meat, the other 1/2 of cheese, then top off with the seasoned eggs and milk. Cover and let set overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove cover when ready to bake, placing in the center rack of the oven. Do not preheat. Turn oven to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. A knife inserted in the center will come out clean when done.
A splash of hot sauce is good with this too! Enjoy!
