Broccoli Feta Fritters good side dish for steak, chicken

Ingredients:

1-10.8 ounce bag of broccoli thawed

2 cloves or 2 tsp minced garlic

1/3 cup flour of choice

1/3 cup mozzarella shredded cheese

1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled

3 tablespoons chopped dill

1 teaspoon of your favorite seasoning salt

3 eggs lightly beaten

Instructions:

Drain and thaw frozen broccoli, pat dry. Chop the broccoli and the dill into tiny pieces. Place in large bowl along with the cheeses, eggs, and seasoning salt. Stir well. Add flour and stir until thoroughly combined.

In a large skillet heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil until hot.

Add the broccoli balls to your heated skillet, flattening them out a little with the back of your spatula. Lower heat to medium and cook for about 5 minutes. Flip them over, flattening a little bit again. Cook another 5 minutes. Lower the heat if they are getting to dark. Remember you want them golden brown. This m
