Celebration of life arrangements delayed for Kyle Brower, 80

Kyle J. Brower, 80, of Hopphoto_20150810_WM0045855_0_brower_20150810kins died at his home Sunday, Aug. 9.
Mr. Brower was born Aug. 22, 1934, in Chicora, the son of Ford and Valeska (Smith) Brower. Kyle was a graduate of Hopkins High School, Class of 1952. He worked for Pet Milk in Wayland for nine years, and Stoddard and Son’s Oil in Wayland for more than 30 years.
He married Marilyn Brocker on Aug. 22, 1953 and they spent more than 20 winters in Florida, and most of that time Kyle played golf, he had three hole in ones during his lifetime. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, but most of all he loved spending time with his wife, kids and grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife, Marilyn; three sons: Gary and Cindy Brower, Terry Brower and Kimberly (Gaca) Frantz, Kelly and Jennifer Brower; eight grandchildren: Matt, Rob and Kerrie, Jamie, Dylan, Ethan, Kyle and Amanda, Jenna, Callie; seven great grandchildren; two brothers: Gordon and Catherine Locatis, Daniel and Nancy Locatis; sister- in -law, Juanita Brower; many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends, Ron and Sharon DeMann.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Neal.
A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Private interment in Maplewood Cemetery.
