Brenda Lee Stevenson, 55, of Irons, died at her home Monday, Oct. 15.
She is survived by the love of her life and partner of 26 years, John Cook; her children James, Nichole, Rachel, Joshua, Hailey, Ashley and Sirria; her siblings Gale and Jack Brown, Billy and Katina Bregg, Theresa Bregg, Betsy and Chris Genther and Sloane and Henry Steffes.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ambrose D. and Ruth A. (Davis) Bregg; her brother, Jeffery D. Bregg; sister in law Diane (Williams) Bregg; and brother Ambrose G. Bregg.
Brenda loved the outdoors, riding her bike and going for walks. She grew up in Dorr and attended Hopkins schools.
She loved raising animals and spending time with her large extended family. As her children would say, she was nice to everyone, loved to talk to people, and loved her kids and grandkids; she was their heart and soul and they will miss her dearly.
A celebration of Brenda’s life will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday Oct. 27, at
Visitation Hall in North Dorr, 4790 22nd St., and again from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 10th at Eden Township Hall, 5837 W 10 1/2 Mile Road,
Irons MI 49644.
A private burial service will be held at Dorr Township Cemetery.
