A celebration of life will be held at the Wayland VFW from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 1, for Letha Zimmer, who died Feb. 19 at the age of 78.

Zimmer died after a brief battle with cancer.

Words of prayer will begin at 11:30, followed by time for sharing memories and favorite stories about Letha. A luncheon will be served.

The VFW post is located 735 S. Main St., Wayland.
