Chocolate chip cheescake is an old favorite dessert

My brother’s favorite to go dish to pass – his famous Oreo Crusted Mini Chocolate Chip Cheesecake recipe.

A family and friend favorite for any celebration! Easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients:

Crust:

18 Oreo cookies finely crushed

3 tablespoons of melted butter.

Filling:

3 – 8 ounce bricks of cream cheese room temperature

14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk

3 large slightly beaten eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup miniature semi sweet chocolate chips divided

2 teaspoons flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spray a 9-inch spring form pan with non stick spray.

Prepare the crust by combining the thoroughly crushed cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl, pat evenly on the bottom of the prepared pan. Set aside.

Prepare the filling by mixing in a large bowl with an electric mixer, the room temperature cream cheese until light and fluffy. About 2 minutes.

Add the sweetened condensed milk, mix until smooth.

Slightly beat the eggs and vanilla, add to filling, again, mixing until smooth.

In a small mixing bowl stir together the flour with 1/2 of the chocolate chips to coat them, then add into the filling. Scrape evenly into the prepared pan on top of the cookie crust. Sprinkle the remaining half of the mini chocolate chips on top.
