Ingredients:

1 stick butter, 1/2 cup

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup milk of choice

Slightly rounded 1/4 cup cocoa

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

4 cups instant oatmeal

Instructions:

Measure out your ingredients. In a medium sauce pan, add butter, sugar, cocoa, milk. Place on medium heat. Whisk to incorporate.

Bring the mixture in the sauce pan to a rolling boil, once it is at a full boil, turn on a timer for 2 minutes continuously whisking. When the timer goes off, remove from heat immediately.

Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla, Add in the oats. Scoop with a small ice cream scoop or tablespoons, dropping onto parchment sheets. Let cool for 20 minutes or until firm.

Makes 2 dozen. Enjoy!
