Residents and motorists in the northwest area of town are both relieved and happy that the paving and reconstruction projects for Elm, Mill, Park and Church streets have been completed. Church and Park now sport brand new sidewalks and all include curb and gutter. The massive mounds of dirt have even disappeared from the vacant lot at Dahlia and North Main. Traffic congestion has been eased considerably. The projects were needed because all four streets were plagued by potholes and uneven pavement. Brenner Construction was the contractor.
