The Hopkins High School Alumni Association has decided to cancel its annual reunion scheduled this year for Saturday, June 20, at the high school cafeteria.

Treasurer Robert Hennip said the association members, led by President Susan Blank, met April 20 and decided against having the event because it very likely will violate state orders against large gatherings in the wake of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. The reunions too often involve more than 100 people in a defined space.
