The Allegan County Health Department will coordinate a vaccination clinic by appointment only on the four Saturdays in February at the Auxiliary Gym at Wayland Union High School.

The Health Department will call or e-mail those who have requested a vaccine through the ACHD( https://allegancounty.iad1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_06CvPLKrb5vgkPX” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener” I want a vaccine” form and those who qualify under the current available phases.
