The grand opening of Walnutdale Family Farms store, The Milk House, in Dorr Township is scheduled for this Thursday.
The store is located on 14th Street between 142nd and 144th Avenues (across the street from 4309 14th street). Hours for the store are 7 a.m. to 7p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 to 5 Sunday.
The store will feature milk processed by Guernsey Farms Dairy.
“Come in and try our milk and look across the street at the cows that made it!” a spokesperson said. Our milk “We also have their delicious ice cream. Stop and take a look at the beef and pork cases all raised right here on the farm!
Went there today at 11:00 am the open flags were flying but the doors were locked. Will not be back.
