There have been a lot of “road closed” signs displayed around the downtown Wayland area this week as crews have completed paving for patches of North Main and West Superior streets that were in a state of disrepair. The city’s projects for this year appear to be finished, including 133rd Avenue on the southern border, East Maple Street from Main to Steeby Elementary School and the two streets near the downtown area.

Great, about time! Now people coming into downtown won't have to have a dentist appointment after driving and getting their teeth jarred by the potholes!
