Ethan Snyder, shown with his band teacher Kelly Tilley Smith (left), and orchestra teacher, Karen Nofsinger, as a member of orchestra, band and jazz band,  was awarded a $500 scholarship and named orchestra’s musician of the year. The awards were announced at Tuesday night’s ceremonies at the Wayland High School Fine Arts Center.
