“A Midsummer Night’s Dream” will be performed in downtown Wayland at 7 p.m. Friday, June 21, at the lot immediately south of Aqua In Vino on North Main.
“A Midsummer Night’s Dream” is a story that takes place on a summer’s night in Athens where four lovers escape into the forest only to be interfered with by a train of magical fairies. The show’s elements of love, magic, and chaos all culminate into a fabulously entertaining play. Savinsky Entertainment breathes new life into this Shakespearean classic by incorporating a modern placement of the story and by immersing the audience in the story the minute they arrive to the show. Nathan Savinsky is a Wayland High School graduate.
“A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a traveling production that is touring to different cities in West Michigan with the purpose of showcasing Shakespeare and the lovely story of A Midsummer Night’s Dream to the masses! General admission is FREE, but if you want a VIP experience with extra audience interaction you can purchase a $10 VIP ticket.
