The Wayland Hot Air Balloonfest is having an art competition this year for their T-shirt design. They will be giving away prizes from 4 One 2, Smoke on the Water BBQ and Stop, Drop, & Play Arcade, along with a Visa gift card for the winner!This is a fun competition for all ages.
