Charity basketball scrimmage moved to Thursday, Dec. 22

The charity basketball scrimmage between the Wayland boys’ varsity and the 2010 alumni was called off Saturday afternoon because of inclement weather, according to the Wayland Athletic Boosters.

The new date and time have been set for 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22.

The 2016-17 Wayland High School varsity boys’ basketball team will take on members of the 2009-10 Wildcat squad in the charity scrimmage at the Wayland Union High School gym

Donations were to be collected for the Epic Toy Drive to benefit patients at Helen Devos Children’s Hospital.
