Dugout dedication Aug. 6 to honor Coach Mick Francis

The late Mick Francis will be honored for his longtime coaching career in the Hopkins High School softball program with a dedication of a plaque at the dugout.

Francis coached football and softball and was inducted into the Michigan Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame. He guided the Lady Vikings for 30 years,from 1977 to 2207.
