Spectrum Health will be offering free sports physicals beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 30, for the 2015-16 school year at 4100 Lake Dr. SE, Suite 300, Grand Rapids.

Athletes must obtain a sports physical form, complete it, and bring it to the physical. There will not be time to complete it during the physical.
