Interactive workshop on diversity is Monday at Hopkins

Hopkins Public Schools’ Diversity Committee will be host for an Interactive Workshop/Forum from 6 to  8 p.m. Monday, March 9, in the high school cafeteria.

This event will be facilitated by Kathryn Curry, a retired educator who has been providing equity and inclusion training for over a decade.

The event is titled “Embracing Our Differences and the Positive Impact of Inclusion on Student Success at Hopkins Public Schools” (flyer attached below). The learning targets for the workshop are:

• Embrace differences in our educational community
• Share views and experiences
• Collectively commit to the value of inclusion and its impact on student success at HPS.
