Mason Jar Summer Salad & Sangria Workshop slated

Anyone struggling with eating a healthy lunch, wishing meals had a little more pizzazz, or want to get ahead on meal planning, can attend the Mason Jar Summer Salad & Sangria Workshop at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 2, at Northern Physical Therapy, 709 W. Superior

Participants can have a glass of sangria and will make a salad that they can eat at the event or take home. Northern Physical Therapy and special guest Jennifer Antel will be co-hosts for this event.
