St. Stan’s Polish Festival will be Aug. 18 and 19

The annual St. Stanislaus Polish Festival will be held from 4:30 to 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 19, at the church hall, 1861 136th Ave. in Dorr Township.

Included in the celebration will be prizes such as a 60-inch flat screen TV, $500 in cash, an Apple Series 3 watch, Sundolphin 10 Kayak and $250 in cash.

Activities will include a beer tent, a kielbasa buffet, Polka music with the Bill Gruscinski Band, John the Polish DJ, Kids Poettery Auction, raffles, a wide variety of ethnic foods Sunday and masses both days in honor of Lady Czectochowa.
