State senate hopeful replaces attorney general candidate

Garnet Lewis of Saugatuck, Democratic Party nominee for the 26th District, State Senate, will be the featured speaker at a “Meet the Candidates Night” from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday May 16, at Windsor Woods Village Community Center 1135 West Superior St., Wayland.

Dana Nessel, Dem candidate for Michigan attorney general, will be unable to attend the program, as originally scheduled because of a conflict.

Also planning to be on hand is Ron Draayer, Democratic Party candidate for 72nd District State Representative,
