It didn’t take long for two local restaurants to announce they are reopening in the wake of Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s announcement that Michigan is opening up even more.
The Clipper Cafe in Martin is reopening from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday June 2, doing takeout orders only until able to seat in-house again. “Until that time and probably after, we have provided tables outside for you to enjoy your takeout meal,” a spokesperson said. Call 269-672-4556.
The Auction House Cafe on 10th Street just north of the city limits will reopen at 6 a.m. Monday, June 8.
