The annual “Concerts in the Park” series will be held on four consecutive Friday evenings from 6 to 10 p.m. beginning Aug. 4.
The series of free concerts, sponsored by the City of Wayland, will include the presence of food trucks, will be open to patrons at 6 p.m. The music often gets under way around 7 or 7:30 p.m.
Those planning to attend are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs.
The lineup this year, as arranged and compiled by City Clerk Lee Anne Clausen includes:
- Aug. 4 — Big Cadillac (classic rock).
- Aug. 11 — The Otsego Jazz Ensemble.
- Aug. 18 — Main Street Dueling Pianos.
- Aug. 25 — Onager (cover band)
