Authorities today arrested a motorist who allegedly struck and killed 40-year-old bicyclist Carla Marie Reiffer north of Middleville in Thornapple Township Friday evening
Kelleigh Linae Hobbs of Middleville was charged Monday, with leaving the scene of an accident Friday evening, resulting in serious impairment or death. She also will face charges of moving violation causing death and marijuana possession.
