Old Man Winter still had a few tricks up his sleeve Thursday morning for the ironic official first day of spring. After pleasing almost everybody with temperatures in the 60s and plenty of sunshine, about two inchdes of snow came down and stayed on lawns for about a half a day. There is a promise of better times ahead.
