Former Wayland High School track star Corrina Courser earlier this month broke the Illinois State University record in the 60-meter hurdles, winning that event in 8.26 seconds. at an indoor meet. Courser, who also ran track for Grand Valley State University, is a senior this year at Illinois State, majorimnhg in interior design.
