Dilon Aten, a 2015 graduate of Wayland High School, was shown on WOOD-TV Channel 8 Saturday afternoon nailing a three-point basket for Cornerstone University in its victory over visiting University of Michigan Dearborn.

Aten, who scored more than 1,000 points in his four-year career as a Wildcat, is averaging 3.0 points and 2.3 rebounds per game for the Golden Eagles, who are ranked No. 13 in the latest NAIA Division II poll. He has dished out 23 assists as well in 17 games.

Cornerstone, defending NAIA Division II champion, is 16-5 overall for the season.
