Brooke Nicole Curry died Tuesday, June 3, at the age of 41.
Brooke was born April 27, 1984, in Plainwell. From her earliest years, Brooke’s sweet and kind nature was evident to all who knew her. She dedicated her life to her children, finding her greatest happiness in being a mom. Brooke’s days were filled with laughter and love as she spent as much time as possible hanging out with her kids.
Car rides were not just a means of transportation but rather an opportunity for reflection, connection, and the enjoyment of music, which she cherished. Known for her love of the outdoors, Brooke could often be found basking in the sun, her radiant smile competing with the brilliance of the golden rays. This same smile became a source of comfort and warmth as she sat patiently by the water, fishing rod in hand, appreciating the peacefulness that only nature could provide.
Throughout her life, Brooke exemplified how to treat others with kindness and respect, her humility serving as a gentle reminder of how to navigate the world with grace.
Brooke is survived by her parents, Robert (Carie) Curry and Barb (Dan) Sailor; children Kylee Pallett, Nolan Elkins, and Neveah Elkins; grandparents, David (Sherry) Ray; siblings, Shelby (Marcus) Moran, Jessica (Michael) Bess, Jamie Babcock, Lindsey Curry, and Cody Peckham, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
